All your support requests will be attended to in maximum 1 hour after the support ticket or email is submitted. If your case requires additional assistance from a sysadmin, we will forward the trouble ticket or the email to the person on duty, without delay and we will leave a note to inform you that more time will be required for arriving at the optimal solution. Furthermore if you make use of the Optional Admin Services package, any of the services included there will be carried out whenever you desire.
A First–Class Help Desk Support Service
We’ll be at your disposal 24/7/365 to respond to any inquiries that you may have regarding our Control Panel or any of the applications that we have pre–installed for you on the dedicated server. If you also need help tackling server admin procedures, you can order our Optional Admin Services package, which includes data backup disk space, weekly OS updates, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, as well as installation and problem troubleshooting procedures

We have equipped our Control Panel with a detailed knowledge base, which includes exhaustive explanations of all its features and functions. Moreover, we have shot exhaustive video tutorials that will further demonstrate to you how to carry out a given operation or solve a commonly encountered issue. The help articles and the tutorial video clips are readily reachable from each Control Panel section via the Videos and Help buttons in the top right corner.
