E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Web Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all our cloud web hosting packages, will allow you to forward any email address in the account to a second one with ease. This can be done either during the creation of a brand new mailbox or at any time later if you choose that you want this feature. During the process, you'll be able to choose if you want a copy of the email messages to be kept on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you'll avoid the possibility to lose an e-mail if the forwarding is to an outside address, that's momentarily inaccessible. This option can be activated and disabled any time, though if you use emails for important matters, it is better to use it, since no records of the emails are kept on the server when the option is not active. If you decide that you do not need forwarding any more, it will take just a mouse click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address hosted on our servers can be very effortless in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and it will not require you more than a couple of mouse clicks to set up. This can be done from the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to monitor the email addresses which are being forwarded and where your emails will be sent with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for any of the email addresses in your account. You can also enable or disable a valuable option we offer - a backup of the emails being sent through our servers can remain on the server. This way, you'll also have a copy of your incoming messages and you'll not have to be worried about losing any info. In case you keep this option deactivated, you risk losing e-mails if there is an issue with the remote mailbox.
