Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
You’ll be able to set up a catch-all e-mailbox with ease in case you have a cloud web hosting account with us. The Email Manager in our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel is feature-rich, yet extremely user-friendly, and it will allow you to activate different features, including the catch-all one, with just a few clicks. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be shown alphabetically in this section and on the right side of each one you’ll see a tiny "Catch-all" icon. Clicking it once will enable the feature, clicking it twice will deactivate it. As you can have just one such mailbox per domain name, our system will alert you if you’ve already got another one with this feature enabled or if you’ve got activated email forwarding.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be enabled easily if you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll notice a small sign conveniently situated directly next to each one. With just a click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this feature through the menu that will surface. In case any of the preconditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will warn you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
